The Robert & Edith Doehl Scholarship Fund was created by owner/founder Dennis Doehl in honour of his late mother and father, to give financial assistance to those who want to further their education.
Started in 2004, each year, scholarships are awarded to children, grandchildren, sons-in-law or daughters-in-law of Jay’s employees who will be attending university, community college, or technical school on a full-time basis.
"I’m sure they would be pleased this memorial fund was created in their honour and that their son, Dennis Doehl (owner and founder of Jay’s), believes in the importance of education and wanted to help his employees and their families."
